Listings and display ads are self-renewing. Unless you notify us in writing prior to the renewal period, your 30-Day membership will auto-renew through PayPal.

Payment to be made through PayPal. This is to maintain security and efficiency. Should another means be necessary, contact our staff and we will take the situation under advisement on a case by case basis.

Once a Membership is un-renewed and/or cancelled, the listings connected will no longer appear on the MTC site. However, the information may be retained in the Members account for re-insertion should the lapsed Membership be reinstated.

Non-US advertisers and members must remit payment in US dollars.

Machine Tool Classifieds (MTC), is a Listing and Marketing site servicing the industrial and manufacturing industries. All Listings will be associated with those enterprises. MTC reserves the right to remove any listing for any reason it deems necessary. In other words, please no sunglasses, golfing packages or mail-order-brides, thank you.

Posts and Listings are the sole responsibility of the Member. All information posted should be as accurate as possible. MTC is a listing and marketing service, as such will not be held liable for errors, omissions and/or misrepresentations of any kind.

It is the Listing Members responsibility to remove a listing should it become unavailable for sale.

Wanted Listings are an open format and a free service for the buying public. MTC reserves the right to remove any listing from the Wanted area for any reason it deems necessary.

All photos and videos will be of the actual item being listed for sale. Unless you are a new machine dealer with specific authorization to use stock photos, do not post them. MTC is not responsible and/or liable for any copyright infractions or infringements made by a Lister/Member. This will result in removal of the Listing.

MTC reserves the right to remove a post for any reason. The listing may or may not be credited back to the member.

Featured Listings, which are an additional fee, will be on a revolving slideshow function appearing in random order.

Advertising (Display Ads) will be on the same type of auto-renew function.

All contact from outside parties to consumate deals are completely outside the function and control of the MTC system. Machine Tool Classifieds is a listing service exclusively.
